American Home Tech warrants all workmanship performed on your property for the following:
- Five (5) year workmanship warranty is for work completed that is a full removal and replacement
- One (1) year workmanship warranty is for work completed that is a repair or layover
Workmanship Warranties are contingent upon good standing accounts. We are committed to our tradition of quality and service throughout every step of the process. Our warranty is transferable to the next homeowner on condition that the homeowner provides the job invoice. Our workmanship includes all services provided to remove existing materials or products and replace with new materials or products.
American Home Tech will have no liability under warranty for any damage caused by Mother Nature or Third Parties:
- An Act of Mother Nature such as animals, force winds, hail, lightning, ice damming and any other damage caused by something falling on/into or damaging the materials or products.
- Any other services or persons accessing to install or repair materials or products such as chimney repair, aerials, air condition units or any other thing to cause damage to materials or products.
- Any accidental damage to materials or products caused by any persons other than persons who are working under American Home Tech
- American Home Tech is committed to using quality materials and products. We cannot be responsible for material defects that are covered from manufacturer’s warranty.

I'm always a little skeptical about door to door salesman, but Jake quickly changed my opinion on that. American Home Tech knows all the ins and outs your areas building codes and will deal directly with your insurance company in order to get your needs met and then some! I never once doubted their honesty throughout the entire process. From assisting in filing a claim with my insurance company all the way to completion roof, American Home Tech exceeded my expectations. Jake was extremely, friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. The entire process only took about two weeks, from insurance claim to new roof. On top of that, I didn't just get any old roof, but one that is GAF certified and has a 50 yr warranty. These guys are definitely at the top of my list if I ever need other work done around the house. Thanks, American Home Tech for the great roof! You've built my trust!
